Sad News

The Italian Welfare League mourns the passing of its recipient, Giovanni Schimenti. Giovanni was “A Special Boy” who suffered with Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. May God bless him and his family as he had a difficult road and fought so hard to navigate it. The League assisted this family in 2016 with the purchase of a van needed for medical transportation. The Italian Welfare League extends its heartfelt condolences to the Schimenti family.
