IWL's Focaccia Class Held at CCF

On Wednesay September 25, IWL held a Focaccia Tasting Class With Sabbia Auriti.

Is it pizza? No! It’s focaccia! Italian Welfare League's guests joined Sabbia Auriti for another hands-on Italian cuisine experience. This time Sabbia explored the world of Focaccia. Sabbia spoke about the various breads featured in several regions of Italy, how best to serve them, and the regional toppings that make focaccia so special. And, of course, there were tastings!
