IWL Helps SI Boy Get Prosthetic Leg for Christmas

The IWL donated $7000, through the Staten Island Organization Yellowboots, to get Noah a prosthetic leg. Our Treasurer, Geri DiCostanzo, personally visited the family on Christmas eve to help present Noah with his gift. The new leg is decorated with his favorite comics and is waterproof. Noah was thrilled to not have to wear crutches in the shower anymore. Noah suffered from complications during surgery that led to his having a leg partially amputated.
